Back to the Rock . . . . . . . For Old Time's Sake!

July 11-13, 2008

Plans are well under way for our reunion of former members of the Youth Choirs!

Tentative schedule

• Friday night- get together at San Pedro Brewing Co. for former choristers, spouses, parents, whatever. Suggestions will be given in the mailing-A for hotels and church babysitters for people with children from out of town. Meet around 7:00 p.m. for social time and food.
• Sat. morning- Rehearsal at the church from 9:00-11:30.   
• Sat. afternoon- 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch to be brought in.  After lunch a speaker.  During lunch a DVD of old musical clips will be shown. By 2:30 everyone is on his or her own.
•  Sun. morning- Singers meet at church at 8:30.  Sing in worship with a potluck afterward for singers, family and congregation.

The planning committee is meeting every two weeks, with May 22nd being our night for assembling the mailing. Any volunteers that are willing to meet at Emily's house to get the mailing ready would be greatly appreciated. We will meet at 7:00 p.m.
